I've only been using the soursop one so far for about a month and some change now and it has exceeded my expectations. My diet is seafood, fruits, vegetables and some grains here and there. This soursop bitter has been very effective for me, my digestive health and eliminating easily and more regularly. When I remember to take it after every meal, I eliminate around 2-3 times per day and don't feel weighed down and sluggish.
I find that I need to drink at least 40 oz of water daily for it to do its job. Otherwise I feel constipated or experience painful eliminations. As long as I stay well hydrated I'm set. I take a serving at least once daily post meal and pause taking it during my period.
Taking it with a little orange juice helps lessen the bitterness blow, but I'm getting used to the bitterness and many times just take it with a little water whenever I'm out of juice.
