IMPORTANT: If You Experience Any of These Symptoms, You Likely Have Parasites

Before we go any further, check if you have any of these signs:

  • Itchy anus (especially at night)
  • Unexplained weight loss or weight gain
  • Constant hunger even after eating
  • Grinding your teeth while sleeping
  • Fatigue and brain fog
  • Digestive issues (bloating, gas, diarrhea)
  • Skin problems (rashes, eczema, itching)
  • Sugar and carb cravings you can't control

If you checked even ONE of these boxes, there's a 60%+ chance you have parasites living inside you right now. And that itchy anus? That's not hemorrhoids. That's not poor hygiene. That's female pinworms laying eggs around your anus at night. I know it sounds disgusting. But it's the truth doctors won't tell you because there's no profitable prescription for it. Keep reading to learn how to eliminate these parasites naturally in just 7-14 days...

What are Soursop Bitters?

Soursop Bitters are a traditional African parasite cleanse that eliminates the root cause of your symptoms - the parasites, worms, and toxic waste living inside your gut.

Most people don't realize they're hosting parasites right now. Over 60% of Americans have intestinal parasites - pinworms, roundworms, tapeworms, or microscopic organisms feeding on your nutrients and controlling your cravings.

These parasites release toxins into your bloodstream, steal your energy, cause that unbearable nighttime itch, and make it impossible to lose weight or feel healthy.

Our formula uses 15 powerful antiparasitic herbs to kill these organisms naturally, flush out their eggs and waste, and restore your gut - without harsh chemicals or prescription drugs.

How Fast Will It Work?

Within 24-48 hours

The parasites start dying off. You might feel mild flu-like symptoms (that's the "die-off" reaction - proof it's working).

By day 3-5

The itching significantly decreases. You'll likely see visible proof in your stool (yes, it's gross, but also validating).

After 7-14 days

With consistent use most people report the itch is completely gone, their cravings disappear, their energy returns, and they finally feel like themselves again.

How Do Soursop Bitters Work?

Think of your intestines like a garden infested with weeds. These parasites have been living rent-free, stealing your nutrients and multiplying for months or years.

Phase 1: Kill the Parasites (Days 1-5) Soursop leaf, neem, and wormwood are nature's most powerful antiparasitic herbs. They paralyze and kill pinworms, roundworms, and other organisms. Black seed and clove destroy their eggs so they can't reproduce.

Phase 2: Flush Them Out (Days 5-10) Senna and tamarind create gentle bowel movements to eliminate the dead parasites, their eggs, and toxic waste. This is when you'll see visible proof in the toilet.

Phase 3: Heal & Protect (Days 11-14+) Irish moss and moringa repair the damage parasites caused to your intestinal lining, while ashwagandha restores your immune system so parasites can't take hold again.
Unlike prescription dewormers that only target one type of parasite, our herbs eliminate multiple species naturally - without poisoning your gut in the process.

Why Is My Butt So Itchy at Night?

Here's the truth doctors don't explain:

Female pinworms live in your intestines. At night, while you're sleeping, they crawl out of your anus to lay thousands of eggs on the surrounding skin.

This causes intense itching. When you scratch, the eggs get under your fingernails. Then you touch your mouth, reinfecting yourself. The cycle continues for months or years.

That's why creams and ointments don't work. You're treating the itch, not killing the worms inside you.
Soursop Bitters works differently. It kills the pinworms living in your gut so they stop laying eggs. Within 3-5 days, the nighttime itch dramatically decreases. Within 7-10 days, most people report it's completely gone.
And here's the relief you've been desperately needing: You can finally sleep through the night without that maddening itch.

Will I Actually See Worms Come Out?

Yes - and while it's disturbing, it's also incredibly validating.
Many customers report seeing visible proof within the first 5-7 days:

  • White threadlike pinworms (look like moving rice)
  • Rope-like structures (clusters of parasites)
  • Dark, tar-like waste (old toxic buildup)
  • Mucus (protective coating parasites hide in)

One customer said: "I was skeptical until day 6. What came out of me was horrifying... but also explained why I'd felt terrible for years. I cried from relief."
Not everyone sees visible parasites - it depends on your infestation level. But the disappearance of symptoms (itching, cravings, fatigue) is proof enough.

Why Do I Crave Sugar So Much?

Here's something that will blow your mind:

Those aren't YOUR cravings. Those are PARASITE cravings.
Parasites feed on sugar and carbs. When they're hungry, they release chemicals that make YOU crave exactly what THEY want to eat.

That's why you can't resist sweets at night. Why you binge on bread and pasta. Why "willpower" doesn't work. You're not weak. You're literally being controlled by organisms inside you.

When you kill the parasites with Soursop Bitters, something incredible happens around day 7-10: The cravings vanish. Customers report they can finally walk past the bakery section without losing their minds.
One customer said: "I haven't craved sugar in 3 weeks. I didn't even realize it wasn't ME wanting those foods."

How Do I Take It?

Simple. Pour 2 tablespoons into a small glass. Drink it straight or mix with water.
Most effective on an empty stomach - either first thing in the morning or before bed.
Yes, it tastes bitter. That's the herbs working. The worse it tastes, the more parasites you have.
Important for parasite cleansing: Take daily for at least 14 days to kill both adult parasites AND their eggs (eggs hatch in cycles, so you need consistent dosing).

Is It Safe?

Soursop Bitters contains only natural herbs that have been used safely for thousands of years in Africa to eliminate parasites. And I've personally used it on hundreds of my patients.
However, because parasites release toxins when they die, you may experience "die-off" symptoms for 2-4 days:

  • Mild flu-like feeling (fatigue, headache)
  • Increased bowel movements
  • Temporary skin breakouts
  • Mild nausea

These are signs it's WORKING, not side effects. Your body is eliminating dead parasites and their toxins. Drink extra water to help flush them out faster.
By day 5, most people feel significantly better as the die-off passes.

Support healthy digestion and feel lighter every day.

Can I Take It With Medications?

Natural doesn't mean harmless. Some herbs can interact with medications.
If you take prescription drugs (especially blood thinners or diabetes medication), consult your doctor first. Pregnant or nursing? Wait until after.

How Long Does It Take to Kill All the Parasites?

Minimum 14 days. Here's why:

Parasites lay eggs that hatch in cycles. If you only kill the adult worms, the eggs will hatch in 7-10 days and reinfect you. That's why most people fail at parasite cleansing - they stop too soon.

We recommend:

  • Light infestation: 14-day cleanse (1 bottle)
  • Moderate symptoms: 30-day cleanse (2 bottles)
  • Severe infestation or long-term symptoms: 60-day cleanse (4 bottles)

For families: If one person has pinworms, everyone in the household should cleanse simultaneously (pinworms spread easily through shared surfaces).

How Much Does It Cost?

At Serene Herbs we are committed to making traditional parasite cleansing affordable and accessible for anyone who needs it.

We've worked hard to offer this ancestral formula at a competitive price, without the markups of prescription dewormers, expensive functional medicine protocols, and endless appointments.

Our goal is to help you eliminate parasites for good with Soursop Bitters which usually retails at $39.99 per bottle however we offer massive discounts when you commit to a real cleanse - as low as $22.49 per bottle when you select the 4-bottle bundle.

Remember: one bottle is only 2 weeks. Real parasite elimination requires killing both adults AND eggs - at least a month for most people.

Where Can I Buy It?

Soursop Bitters is only available through our official website.

Here's why:
Cheap knockoffs are flooding the market with dangerous imitations.
Just like you wouldn't take mystery pills from a street vendor, don't trust your parasite cleanse to fake bitters.

These counterfeits use low-quality herbs (or worse, synthetic fillers) that won't kill parasites and can damage your digestive system.

Buy only from our official site to ensure you're getting the authentic formula that actually works.

What If It Doesn't Work For Me?

We're so confident in Soursop Bitters that we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Try it for two full months. If the itching doesn't stop, if you don't see visible proof, if you don't feel dramatically better, we'll refund every penny.

No hoops to jump through. No questions asked. Email support@sereneherbs.com and we'll process your refund immediately. We can make this guarantee because our formula works. Period.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 4724 reviews.

I’ve had the black seed and sour sop bitters on subscriptions for months. I know I need a full cleansing, but have been too busy and scared to try it. I finally started taking the sour sop and parasite cleanse this past weekend. Parasite cleanse in the am, and sour sop 2 tbsp in pm. Man does it work. It doesn’t give you extreme diarrhea, but it does cleanse you out. Best of all, it has reduced my appetite, I don’t feel super hungry, and it’s help me reduced my cravings for sweets.
